Terms of use

These Terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name], TIN [INN], [address], Tashkent, Uzbekistan ("Emvipi", "we"). They apply to the Emvipi mobile app and the website emvipi.uz (together, the "Service"). The Game Rules and the Privacy Policy are part of these Terms.

By creating an account you accept these Terms. [LAWYER: confirm this works as a public offer / accession agreement under the Civil Code (art. 367–370, 360) and the Law on Electronic Commerce.] If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Emvipi is

1. Emvipi is a platform where organisers post pickup sports games (football, volleyball, basketball and others shown in the app) and players book spots in them.
2. Emvipi does not organise, run or supervise games and does not own, rent or check venues. Each game is run by its organiser, who is responsible for it. Emvipi is not a party to the arrangement between a player and an organiser.
3. Players pay the game price in cash to the organiser at the pitch, only after they arrive. Never pay in advance. Emvipi never asks players for prepayment; report anyone who does. Emvipi does not take, hold or pass on player payments today. If payments move into the app later, we will change these Terms first (section 12).
4. Emvipi's income is the posting fee that organisers pay to publish games (Game Rules, section 10).

2. Your account

1. You sign up with your mobile phone number and a code we send by SMS. One account per person and per phone number.
2. You must be at least 16 years old. If you are 16 or 17, you may use Emvipi only with the consent of your parent or guardian, and you confirm that they agree to your use of Emvipi, to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy (see Privacy Policy, section 9). 3. Give your real name. Keep your phone and SMS codes private; you are responsible for what is done in your account.
4. You can be logged in on one device at a time. Logging in on a new device logs out the old one.
5. You can delete your account at any time (Privacy Policy, section 8). Deleting does not cancel a ban that is running (Game Rules, section 4).

3. Using the Service

You agree not to:

• give false information, pretend to be someone else, or create more than one account;
• post fake games, wrong venues, times or prices;
• harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone, in the app or at a game;
• upload photos or text that are offensive, sexual, violent, or that you have no right to share, or photos of people who did not agree;
• use the Service for advertising, spam, betting or selling anything other than game spots;
• copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the Service, or get around its limits (for example using a new account to avoid a ban);
• break the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. Games, bookings and cancellations

Booking, cancelling, no-shows, bans, game cancellations and organiser duties follow the Game Rules. In short:

• cancel 24 hours or more before kick-off for free; later counts as a no-show;
• 3 no-shows = a 7-day booking ban;
• a game below its minimum players is cancelled automatically 3 hours before kick-off.

5. Organisers

1. You may post games only after Emvipi approves your application.
2. You must follow the organiser duties in the Game Rules (section 9), including true information, the right to use the venue, being present, charging only the price shown and honest attendance marks.
3. You are solely responsible for your games, the venue, the players' safety during the game as far as you can control it, the cash you collect, and your own taxes and legal status. [LAWYER: organiser status (individual, self-employed, IP) and fiscal receipt duty for cash.]
4. Posting fee: the fee shown in the app at the time of posting, shown before you pay, paid by card through our payment provider. Refund rules are in the Game Rules (section 10). Paid postings are a service fee for publishing a game; they are not a deposit.
5. We may reject an application, suspend organiser rights or remove a game that breaks these Terms or the Rules. When we suspend an organiser, their upcoming games are cancelled and players are told; if the suspension is for fraud (including asking for prepayment), posting fees are not refunded (Game Rules, section 10).

6. Safety and health ⚠

1. Sport carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and only if your health allows it. Check the venue and your equipment, warm up, and stop if you feel unwell.
2. Emvipi does not check players' health, venues, equipment or organisers' qualifications, and does not provide insurance.
3. In an emergency call 103 (ambulance) or 112.

7. Your content

1. You keep the rights to photos and text you upload. You give Emvipi a free, non-exclusive licence to store and show them in the Service, for as long as they are in the Service, to run and promote the Service within the app.
2. Match photos are shown only after moderation. We may hide or remove any content that breaks these Terms.
3. You confirm you have the right to upload the content, including the consent of people shown in photos.

8. Reports, blocks and enforcement

1. You can block and report users, games and photos (Game Rules, section 5).
2. If you break these Terms or the Rules, we may: warn you, hide content, remove bookings, ban you from booking for 7 days, 30 days or permanently, suspend organiser rights, or close your account. Where possible we tell you why. Automatic no-show bans follow the Game Rules.
3. Appeals. To dispute a no-show, a one-game restriction, a ban or another decision, write to support (section 13) within [14] days. An Emvipi admin reviews the appeal and keeps or removes the decision in the admin panel, and tells you the result. [OWNER: answer time, e.g. 3 working days.]

9. Free games and bonuses

Free games and free postings are bonuses. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, expire as stated in the Game Rules, and may be withdrawn if obtained by abuse.

10. Availability and changes to the Service

The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we stop the Service, we will tell users in advance where we can and refund unused paid postings. [LAWYER]

11. Liability

1. Emvipi is responsible for running the platform with reasonable care.
2. Emvipi is not responsible for: what happens at a game; the acts of organisers, players or venue owners; a game being cancelled, changed or not taking place; injuries, loss or damage to property at a game; cash paid at the pitch, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.
3. For organisers, Emvipi's total liability is limited to the posting fees paid in the last [3] months. [LAWYER: check validity under the Consumer Protection Law for individuals; may apply only to business users.]
4. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" that cannot be limited by agreement.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. We will tell you in the app at least [7] days before an important change takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new Terms; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.

13. Contact, complaints and law
